What's the most interesting about this for ME, is the contrast it shows between the values of the digital generation, which views such a 'synthesis' as an original creative act, and the corporate (theft of private property) and academic (plagiarism) values that say it is wrong. Students start making such videos in high school or younger, than come to university where their professors rend their hair over the new wave of plagiarism they are trying to quell. But it is not that these students don't know any better, it's that their generation knows different.
The trick of the class war is not to let the victims know they are under attack. That's how, little by little, the owners of the planet take away what little we have.
